Wise words - and not only for Health Coaches.  We should all practice these behaviors to enhance not only our physical and mental health, but also our spiritual and emotional well-being.

1. Ground Yourself

Helps you focus on the present moment and cultivate awareness and connection without getting lost in thoughts or emotions.

2. Moving Your Body

We all know there are numerous benefits to being physically active - and it doesn't mean you have to go to the gym. Movement can come in any variety of ways.  Have fun with it!

3. Practicing Active Listening

Something EVERYONE should practice.  Be curious and truly listen with a beginner's mind.

4. Practicing What You Preach

It's easy to talk the talk, but do you walk the walk?  Set the example.  Be an inspiration for others (while improving your own health too)!

5. Eating Well

There are an infinite number of dietary theories out there.  What works for one may not work for another.  Keep an open mind, experiment with healthy options, and find what works best for you.

6. Being present

Live mindfully.  Be focused and engaged in what is happening now, at this very moment.  Don't spend your time thinking in the past or worrying about the future.  Live your life now.
